ANTHONY R. SCHROCK, Certified Property Manager, CPM by the Institute of Real Estate management which is the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Real Estate Broker with a B.S. Degree in Business from San Jose State University, this means: Mr. Schrock has passed stringent test to achieve this certification while demonstrating his continuing commitment to progressive professional property management.

Mr. Schrock is the owner of Property Pro, Ltd. Our property management firm is located in Los Gatos, California and started business in 1981. “Tony” has been on the Board of Directors of the Tri-County Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association, for 18 years. He also serves on several committees of both organizations. He also is an associate member of (ECHO) Executive Council of Homeowners.

Mr. Schrock is on the faculty for the Department of Real Estate, California Community College Systems, and the Certified Apartment Manager Courses with IREM. He also guest lectures at local colleges on the field of property management. Concurrently, he has been actively selling income property for selective clients. For recreation after 15 years of coaching he referees basketball at local high schools.

DEBORAH ADAM is the controller/accountant of Property Pro, Ltd. She has been in the field of property management since 1977, and has acquired extensive experience in handling payroll, purchasing administration, vendor coordination and corporate bookkeeping. She has successfully installed trust accounting systems for a large property management corporation, homeowners associations, and co-op management. Debbie has been a resident manager of large apartment buildings, and currently lives in Gilroy with her husband and two children.
